Milk 300cc
Vanilla essence 1 Amount needed
Sugar 200 grams
200 gr flour
2 eggs
Corn starch 100 grams
200 gr ointment butter
Baking powder 1 tsp
First step:
In a bowl, beat the ointment butter with the sugar and the vanilla essence to obtain an airy and white preparation.
Second step:
Add the eggs one at a time, and continue beating.
Third step:
In another bowl, sift the cornstarch, baking powder, cinnamon, cocoa, and flour.
Fourth step:
Add to the previous preparation, alternating with the milk.
Fifth step:
Place in a previously buttered and floured cake pan or pudding pan (you can use a flan pan, ring type).
Sixth step:
Cook in an oven at 180°C until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
