  • 1 natural yogurt (we will make the container as a measure)
  • 3 measures of the flour yogurt container
  • 2 measures of the container of white sugar yogurt
  • 1 measure of sunflower oil, you can also use olive oil
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 sachet of royal chemical yeast
  • Butter for the mold
  • First step: We start by mixing in a bowl, the yogurt, the eggs, the oil. Grate the skin of the orange and add them together with the orange juice. We can do it in a bowl or in the blender glass. In some recipes I have seen that they beat the ingredients but I prefer to mix them well with a whisk.
  • Second step: We sift the flour. Add the flour and yeast.
  • Third step: We mix very well with enveloping movements.
  • Fourth step: Preheat the oven to 180º heat up and down and introduce about 40 minutes. After 35 minutes we check if it is ready as I mentioned before.
  • Fifth step: Remove from the oven, let cool and sprinkle icing sugar on top if you fancy a sweeter touch.
